I recently stayed at Stanza Corporate Housing in Guatemala, and while the apartments themselves were beautiful and clean, the location wasn't ideal as it's in a deforested area. The value for money is questionable since the service doesn’t match the pricing – you can find much better options in the city. Overall, it feels like they have potential but still have a way to go.
